In this article we will cover the basics of editing a standard or stream event via the ReadyUp admin panel.
- Log in to the ReadyUp Admin
- Select the Events option from the menu on the left side of the screen
- Find the event in the list, you can use the event filters to find it faster.
- Click the "Edit" button at the bottom of the card.
- You should see a new screen that looks like the image below where you can edit all of your event information.
Event Fields
The table below describes each event field on the page and gives examples for what type of information should be added. An asterisk (*) denotes a required field.

*Add Cover Photo | This is the main image featured on the event page. It appears in 3:1 format, but a 16:9 image is recommended for external sharing. See our Upload an Image page for more info. |

*Organizer | The organization running this event. Organizations need to be added by ReadyUp staff in order to be available for use. This field will default to your organization. | Riot Games |
*Start Date/Time | Set the start date and time for your event. Time can be set as TBA if necessary. TBA events will display as all-day events. | January 20, 2021 2:30pm |

Modify the publish status and save the event with the controls in the bottom right corner of the screen.
