Edit an Organization

To edit or update your organization, follow the steps below. 

1. Log in to the ReadyUp Admin
2. Click on the "Organizations" option from the menu on the left.
   
3. Search for the Organization in the list
   
4. Click on the name of the organization in the list or click on the edit button in the same row
   
5. You should see a new screen that looks like the image below where you can edit all of the organization's information.
   

The table below describes each field on the page and gives examples for what type of information should be added.

Field	Description	Example
Set organization cover	Upload an image to serve as the cover or banner image on the organization profile. For more info on editing images on ReadyUp refer to this article.	The recommended dimensions are 16:9 with a resolution of at least 1920 x 1080 px. Keep all important content in the 3:1 safe zone so that images work across social media and the event banners.
Set logo	Upload an image to serve as the logo for the organization profile.  For more info on editing images on ReadyUp refer to this article.	The recommended dimensions are 16:9 with a resolution of at least 1080 x 1080 px.
Organization Name	Name of the organization to be displayed on the public organization profile.	ReadyUp
Company Name	Legal name of the company, not displayed publicly.	ReadyUp Incorporated
Country	The country that the organization is based in. This is not displayed on the public profile.	USA
Activity Type	What type of organization is this? This information is not displayed on the public profile.	Software Developer
Contact email	The main contact email for the organization, this is not displayed publicly.	[e-mail]
Location	The main physical location of the organization. This is displayed publicly.	123 William Street, New York, NY, USA
Homepage	The organizations website, this is displayed publicly.	https://www.readyup.com
Description	A longer description that is displayed publicly on the profile	N/A
Call to Actions	Actions you would like users who visit your organization page to take.	Sign Up!
Social Channels	Add social URLs for profiles on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, Twitch, and YouTube. You can add a link for each platform and these links will be displayed on the profile.	https://facebook.com/ReadyUpCom

When you are finished click the "Save" button in the bottom right corner of the page to save your organization.
