Proper Organization management on ReadyUp can make event creation easier and allows users who navigate to your Organization Page to get the most out of the experience. We highly recommend completing all the steps below.
- Make sure your Logo and Banner Image are current and high quality.
- Think of the description as the "About Us" page on your website. Fill it with as much detail as possible. This is your "bio".
- Add all of your existing social media links. These will automatically be pulled into any event that you create from this point forward saving you one step in the event creation process.
- Onboard your team. Invite everyone who will be touching the events to your Organization and assign them the proper roles so your team can easily integrate ReadyUp into their workflow. We recommend inviting your social media manager, event manager, and any of their relevant staff.
- Make a point of revising your Organization Page semi-regularly in order to update copy, social channels, or branding.
